    Colony Labs, Inc. dba Scribe

    Revenue Operations Lead

    Initial RevOps hire. Built the foundational systems and processes that scaled ARR from $24M to $100M, supporting a 50+ person go-to-market team. Introduced the Deal Desk function, implemented rules of engagement, standardized sales process and data collection, and designed the operating cadence that kept a heartbeat on the metrics driving revenue. Built lead and deal routing with intelligent handoffs for a smoother customer experience. Own the GTM tech stack powering our sales-led motion.

    Director, Revenue Operations

    Started as a team of one and grew the function to five. Transformed the role from Sales Operations to Revenue Operations across the full customer lifecycle. Designed sales compensation plans, built forecasting models tied to expected product usage, and led a data infrastructure overhaul connecting product usage to the CRM. Ran an outbound lead-generation program targeting whitespace in the TAM, producing record-breaking results in 2023.

    Hired as Director of Revenue Operations and pivoted to lead the Sales Development team. Architected Salesforce for sales and onboarding teams to manage projects. Trained and coached a team of six SDRs, doubling their productivity post-onboarding. Departed as part of a reorganization under new leadership.
